Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KeyGalaxy Digitals, we strive to ensure that our customers receive genuine, functional, and instantly deliverable digital license keys. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the process and conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be granted.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We do not offer refunds by default. Our process is designed to prioritize resolving the issue first through a replacement. Refunds are only considered under specific circumstances as described below:
Replacement First Policy
- If a digital key is found to be non-functional or invalid, we will provide a replacement key along with a 20% refund of the purchase amount.

If the replacement key also does not work, we will issue a 100% refund (including the previously refunded 20%) as a sign of goodwill and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days, and you will be updated via email (please check your spam/junk folder).
Note: Additional processing time may be taken by your bank, payment gateway, or card provider.
Conditions Where Refunds or Replacements Are Not Applicable
We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- The customer purchased the wrong product or selected the wrong version by mistake.
- The product key is valid, but the customer did not follow the correct redemption or activation steps.
- The customer refuses or fails to provide required proof of issue, such as screenshots or screen recordings showing the error message during redemption.
Verification Process
To maintain fairness and protect against misuse, we verify every refund/replacement request thoroughly. Customers may be asked to:
- Submit clear screenshots or videos showing the issue encountered during product activation.
- Provide details such as error messages or the exact steps taken during redemption.
Failure to provide the requested information may result in the decline of your refund or replacement request.
Timeframe to Request Refund
There is no time limit for submitting a refund or replacement request. You may raise a concern at any point after your purchase. However, we encourage customers to report issues as soon as possible for quicker resolution.

Order Cancellation Policy
You are eligible to cancel the order only if the key has not yet been delivered to you. Once the key is delivered, cancellation is not allowed, as we are not the direct publisher of the keys and lack the technical capability to revoke or deactivate them.
- For instant delivery products (where keys are sent automatically via email upon order completion), cancellation is not possible.
- For products where delivery is not instant and a specific time frame is mentioned, cancellations are only allowed if the key has not been delivered yet.

We track all activity, including delivery timestamps. If a cancellation request is received before the key is delivered, and the key is accidentally sent afterward, we will still issue a full refund.
Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days, and you will receive confirmation via email (please check your spam/junk folder).
Note: Your payment gateway, bank, or card issuer may take extra time to reflect the refund in your account.
Final Decision
KeyGalaxy Digitals reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or cancellation request based on the information provided and our internal verification process. Our goal is to resolve all issues fairly, respectfully, and promptly.
