- Turn off your internet connection (important).
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
- Click on “Change product key”.
- Enter the following generic Windows 11 Pro upgrade key:
VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T - Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Your system will upgrade to Windows 11 Pro (it will remain unactivated for now).
- Turn your internet connection back on.
- Now enter the genuine Windows 11 Pro key you purchased to activate your system.
Activation Guide
Installing Windows 11 Pro via Bootable USB
- Download the official Windows 11 Pro ISO from the Microsoft website.
- Create a bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool or Rufus.
- Boot your PC from the USB and start the installation process.
- When prompted, enter the product key you received.
- If skipped, finish installation and activate later via Settings.
- After installation, go to Settings > System > Activation.
- Click “Change product key”, enter the license key, and click “Activate”.
Already Have Unactivated Windows 11 Pro Installed?
- Open Settings > System > Activation.
- Click on “Change product key”.
- Enter the product key you received after purchase.
- Click “Activate” to complete the process.
